STUDIO DETAILS, POLICIES, AND GUIDELINES

GROUP CLASSES - Participants must be approved by Mi Pilates to join our group classes. To do this participants may either take a private session in our studio or have previous pilates experience. Previous experience must be with a reformer, chair, and tower (or Cadillac or Springboard). Message or email us with questions. 224-201-7254 or pilates@mipilates.studio

LOCATION & PARKING - Street parking is available on all directions surrounding the studio. In particular, parking is on Brockway and on Slade. After 4 pm and on weekends and holidays, parking is available in the BMO Harris Bank lot (immediately diagonal from the studio).

Entrance is glass door on Brockway, across from Pizza Bella. On the keypad by the door dial 201 and you will be buzzed in. Studio is up the stairs and down the hall to the left. 

GRIP SOCKS - Everyone is required to wear grip socks in our studio. Grip socks are available for purchase in the studio.

AGES - Classes are designed for participants 14 years of age and older. However, we can accommodate younger students as requested. Pilates can be very advantageous for young athletes and we are happy to design classes to meet those needs. Please contact us directly.

SCHEDULE - Classes starts on time and last between 50 and 55 minutes. Please allow time to park, enter building, and get your grip socks on.

Our schedule is listed one month at a time to allow all clients an opportunity to book a class.

If you do not see a group class time that you would like, let us know. We regularly adjust the schedule and class times to meet clients’ needs.

SALES - All sales are final. All packages purchased are non-refundable.  All sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase, as stated at time of purchase. Unused sessions are non refundable and not transferable.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS - Cancellations must happen 24 hours or more before class start time. If you cancel within the allowed window, your account will receive a credit to rebook.  If you do not show up to a class you booked, you are not refunded.  This applies to small group equipment classes, privates, duets, and trios.

LATE ARRIVAL - If you show up 5 minutes late (or more) to a class, you may not participate and will not be refunded. It is disruptive to the class and unsafe without a proper warm up. If you are 5 minutes late (or more) to a private booking, your private booking is considered canceled and not able to reschedule without paying for another session.

BOOKING - You may book a class up until 2 hours before the start time but cannot cancel if within the 24 hour cancellation window. Bookings with less than 12 hours notice, please message us via text at 224-201-7254.

If the class says “Not Available” it is because it is no longer within the booking window. There may be an open spot, message us and we will add you if possible.

WAIT LIST - Your class credits are only used if you get into the class you are waitlisted for. If you get into the class with less than 24 hours notice and can no longer attend the class, please notify us as soon as possible and we will cancel your reservation and you will not be charged for the class.
