To join our group classes, you must be approved by Mi Pilates staff. Previous experience on a pilates reformer, tower, and chair are required. For those who are new, we offer CURIOSITY CLASSES (found through this page - via the calendar below) OR  PRIVATE SESSIONS to get started.
